Marcus Sheffield has committed to Elon as a graduate transfer. He made a post via Instagram announcing his decision.
Sheffield played three seasons for Stanford, logging minutes in 86 games and notching 9 starts. He averaged 6.1 points per game over his Cardinal career, including shooting 35% from deep. After starting this season out of the rotation, his shooting and dependability helped him find a way into a key role by year’s end. Sheffield has one remaining year of eligibility, as he missed the entirety of the 2017-18 season with a foot injury.
