World Series off to a slow TV ratings start

The matchup is intriguing, the underdog has taken control, the pitchers have been among the best in baseball, and the contests — for the most part — have been competitive until late in Game 2.

But television viewership for the World Series, which underdog Washington has won the first two games against Houston, has tanked.
