Happy Saturday! It’s a beautiful weekend in St. Louis, and today we will see Jason Isringhausen, Scott Rolen, and Mort Cooper inducted into the Cardinals Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place at 3:00 PM this afternoon at Ballpark Village and will be aired on Fox Sports Midwest on Tuesday.
After last night’s 8-3 win over the Rockies, the Cardinals are 69-58 with a half-game lead atop of the National League Central at the start of play on Saturday. The Cardinals and Rockies will meet again this evening, around 6:15 PM, with Dakota Hudson and Chi Chi Gonzalez as the scheduled starters.
