There has been talk of Kolten Wong earning a Gold Glove this year. This talk is not unwarranted. Kolten has long displayed prowess on the defensive side of the game, but was also prone to what we in the business like to call “boneheaded mistakes”. Sometimes he would just totally whiff on what appeared to be a routine play. This year, that is nearly no more, and now all we are left with is spectacular plays.
