Trevor Rosenthal's weekend of paternity leave is over and he's rejoined the team for Monday's game with Washington at Busch Stadium.
The corresponding move is that reliever Sam Tuivailala, who was called up to take Rosenthal's spot, has been send back to Memphis and, apparently, this isn't one of those moves where Tuivailala goes to "Memphis" but hangs around in St. Louis while waiting for the Sept. 1 roster limits to come off. Manager Mike Matheny said the rules and necessity require Tuivailala to go back to Memphis before he can rejoin the team.
Roster limits come off on Tuesday, so this is the last day before the clubhouse starts to get crowded and dugouts and bullpens start getting full.
