Cardinals television play-by-play announcer Dan McLaughlin has just enough time to squeeze in one more duty.
In addition to broadcasting about 150 Redbirds games for Fox Sports Midwest, he moonlights by calling some St. Louis University basketball contests for FSM as well as podcasting (scoopswithdannymac.com). There also is his family, which includes having four kids ranging from ages 11-14.
Now there’s more on the list. McLaughlin has reached agreement to be a regular contributor on WXOS (101.1 FM), St. Louis’ only all-sports station.
“Do I have time to do (all of this)? Yep. I love to work,” he told the Post-Dispatch.
