Lee Smith and Harold Baines are headed to Cooperstown.
The Today's Game Era Committee -- a 16-member Hall of Fame Board-appointed electorate -- voted Baines and Smith into the National Baseball Hall of Fame class of 2019 on Sunday at the Winter Meetings in Las Vegas.
