January is almost over. February is on its way. And that means that spring training, as amazing as it might seem, is now only a few weeks from beginning.
Why that seems at least somewhat amazing is because, well, what happened to the hot stove season? I mean, yes, the Cardinals have made moves, but we never really saw an actual offseason come around this year. There were rumours, and there was speculation, and then, just....nothing happened. The majority of the big free agents are still on the market. The big dominoes are yet to fall.
