The game will be Carpenter and the Cardinals' final tuneup before the regular season, and all of the regulars but Kolten Wong are starting for the team. Yairo Munoz is in left as Marcell Ozuna shifts to DH.
To find a spot in the lineup for Martinez, the Cardinals either have to sit one of their outfielders -- not something they want to do -- or start Martinez at first base and shift Carpenter elsewhere.
