ST. LOUIS • After missing yesterday's game, Cardinal left fielder Matt Holliday is returning to Monday's lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Holliday, who extended his on-base streak to 44 games this weekend, was a late scratch in yesterday's lineup against Los Angeles. He was battling flu-like symptoms over the weekend, and left Saturday's game not feeling well.
Randal Grichuk, who had taken Holliday's place in the outfield, is not present in today's lineup. Jon Jay returns to center field, and Jason Heyward will stay put in right.
