Hochman: Cards' Flaherty kept 'emphasis on fastball command' in Tuesday's competitive practice

True to form, fellow Cardinals starter Jack Flaherty was asked about “no consequences” and pointed out that, even still, “It's always a competitive thing. I'm working on things but also working on getting guys out, too. It's hard to go into something like that, a guy goes into the box, and try to pump the brakes.
