It surely wasn’t on purpose. Honest mistake. But it was a reminder that for all the hoopla and hype, these top young Cards pitchers are still young Cards pitchers. And just like Jack Flaherty the night before, Dakota Hudson couldn’t get through five innings in his first 2019 start.
