As an Illinois gal I have been to Sauget a time or two — I have even visited the home of the Gateway Grizzles. Soon fans of the Cardinals might want to follow my lead as it looks like the team will be using GCS Credit Union Ballpark as their alternate site:
#stlcards will use GCS Credit Union Ballpark in Sauget, home of the Gateway Grizzlies, as their alternate training site in 2021.

The alternate site is the training park for up to 28 players on the teams “taxi squad” with the idea that they can easily be called up to the 25-man roster.
