JUPITER, Fla. • Yadier Molina, improving daily after having two offseason operations to repair ligament damage in his left thumb, caught his first bullpen session, from staff ace Adam Wainwright, on Monday.
So Cardinals backup catcher Brayan Pena knows it will not be long before Molina will resume his starting position.
