ST. LOUIS • In concert with Pride St. Louis and in response to an ongoing conversation about their role in promoting an inclusive tone throughout their organization, the Cardinals have scheduled their first Pride Night.
The theme night is set for Aug. 25, for a game against Tampa Bay.
The team will officially announce the day Friday, an official confirmed.
A portion of the tickets sold for the them night will go to benefit the PrideSTL Scholarship Fund.
A Web site, www.cardinals.com/pride, will also launch Friday, along with details about merchandise that will feature a rainbow.
