MIAMI _• Righthander Tyson Ross, 6-9 with San Diego before the Cardinals claimed him on waivers, was activated for Tuesday night’s game here with Miami. And righthanded reliever John Brebbia, who had dodged several other bullets recently because of injury or trade, was optioned to Class AAA Memphis, where he has made five appearances this season.
