ST. LOUIS -- Seven decades of Cardinals players will be represented at the annual St. Louis Baseball Writers' Dinner, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary by recognizing the organization's top players from the last several decades.
The dinner, which raises money for scholarships and a journalism internship, is scheduled for Jan. 14, 2018, at the Union Station Hotel in downtown St. Louis. The event falls during the Cardinals' Winter Warm-Up weekend, and tickets are on sale now at StLouisBBWAA.com. They range in price from $150-$250.
The St. Louis chapter of the Baseball Writers' Association selected the players and managers to be honored as "Cardinals of the Decade" at the 2018 dinner.
