Chaim Bloom knows there's more than two teams in all of Major League Baseball...right?
All jokes aside, I have zero issue with the St. Louis Cardinals' new president of baseball operations making trades with his former employer. In fact, I'm all for it. Bloom's job is to find the best deals possible, and if he feels good about the deals he is making with Boston, I trust his process.
The Cardinals will make moves with other teams; we know this. But after Bloom completed his second deal with Boston this offseason and the third trade the Cardinals have made with the Red Sox in the last six months, surely they are done making swaps for a while.
