St. Louis Blues: Robert Thomas Poised To Skip Sophomore Slump

Robert Thomas is coming off a strong rookie season where he scored nine goals and added 24 helpers in 70 games played for the St. Louis Blues. He also added a goal and five assists in 21 playoff games despite injuring his wrist during the process.

Thomas is, of course, the big reason hometown hero Pat Maroon was able to score the gaming winning overtime goal against Ben Bishop who is also from St. Louis.

Throughout the playoffs, Thomas showed signs of progress both physically and mentally. At the age of only 19, Thomas was able to play an important role on the third line of a championship team.
