St. Louis Blues fans can’t hear “Gloria” without reliving the magical 2019 season

For St. Louis Blues fans who remember how the 2018-19 season began, they would have never thought that it would end with a Stanley Cup. Through the first 39 games of the season, the Blues were 16-19-4.

However, one song from the 1980s seemed to have some magical power that season that helped propel the Blues all the way to the top of the NHL and ended with them lifting the Stanley Cup.

It started at the beginning of January that season, when some players were out in Philadelphia, and the bar they were at kept playing the song 'Gloria' by Laura Branigan.
