The St. Louis Blues hinted at their strategy going into the last game of the preseason in Washington D.C. on Sunday. What is the plan you ask? Keeping everyone healthy before the season starts on Thursday.
Players that will be coming up for the final game include Klim Kostin, Chris Butler, and Mitch Reinke. This will be the last time the front office will get to see these players before go back to the AHL.
For some players getting the call for the last game of the season, it will not be the last time they will play in the NHL in 2018.
