The Devils haven’t been in St. Louis since February 18th, 2020, so to say that fans may need a refresher on New Jersey is an understatement. The Devils’ long rebuild continues, with them in last place in the Metro Division. Their 16-26-5 record is good for just 37 points on the year, and their 6-15-2 road record is a large part of their problem. They curbstomped the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night, but that isn’t exactly an achievement for a team to pull off this season. If they win tonight against the Blues, it’ll mark their first back-to-back road wins of the season.
