Darren Rovell of The Action Network reported on Monday morning that St. John’s University alum Mike Repole is teaming up with former MLB star Alex Rodriquez and his finances and mega-music star Jennifer Lopez in an attempt to purchase the New York Mets.
Repole, an entrepreneur who is known for founding VitaminWater and BodyArmor, is also the owner of the horse racing barn Repole Stable, which has the colors blue and orange, for his beloved New York Mets.
