Madison Square Garden was buzzing Tuesday night as the St. John’s University Men’s Basketball team faced Villanova University at Madison Square Garden. The Johnnies went into this game with a Big East record of 2-6, while the Wildcats went in the nation’s eighth-ranked team with a record of 6-1 in Big East play.
Starting on the court for St. John’s was LJ Figueroa, Mustapha Heron, Nick Rutherford, Josh Roberts, and Rasheem Dunn.
“Energy is really important,” Coach Mike Anderson said after the game. “If we don’t show up with the energy, that could hurt us.”
