St. John’s basketball saw a handful of players honored by the Big East Conference.
It was an eventful week in Queens for the St. John’s basketball program and the outstanding performances of three players was recognized by the Big East Conference.
Freshman guard on the men’s basketball (9-7, 3-6 Big East) team Posh Alexander was named as the Big East Freshman of the Week after leading the Johnnies to two victories over the No. 23 UConn Huskies and Utah Valley Wolverines.
