St. John’s basketball upcoming matchup with Providence has been postponed.
The Providence Friars (5-7, 3-4 Big East) women’s basketball program has not played since a January 9 loss to the No. 3 UConn Huskies and that streak will continue as its matchup with the St. John’s basketball team has been postponed.
COVID-19 has been the reasoning for the five straight postponements for the Friars and its January 30 meeting with the Johnnies (4-8, 1-6 Big East) is the last game that has been adjusted, for the time being.
