Today in the Morning Rumble, Isaiah Briscoe suffered an injury before the showdown against Louisville, John Calipari had to defend one of his players on Twitter and Northwestern has now lost it's second player to a major injury.
Isaiah Briscoe did not play a single minute against the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday afternoon after injuring his ankle during pre-game warm-ups, but the Jersey point guard is expected to be fine moving forward. X-rays on Briscoe's left ankle came back negative and he should be set to play at the beginning of SEC play on January 2nd.
