Red Storm fall to Marquette in game that had to have set a record for most players with two capital letters in their last name.
On a rainy Saturday afternoon, the St. John's Red Storm came as close to a victory as they have in weeks but fell to #17 Marquette 11-7 in a defensive battle this past weekend.
Junior midfielder Andy DeMichiei netted a program-record seven goals to lead the Golden Eagles to victory. He only had four goals on the season coming into the game.
The Red Storm got off to a quick start on a goal by Senior Eric DeJohn just 18 seconds into the game.
