Former St. John’s basketball target Mustapha Amzil commits to Dayton.
On Monday it was announced that Class of 2021 recruit and St. John’s basketball target Mustapha Amzil announced his decision to commit to the Dayton Flyers, via his Twitter page.
St. John’s offered a scholarship to Amzil back on October 10 and also held a virtual meeting with the Finland native on October 15.
Not too long after the Red Storm handed out an offer to Amzil, his recruitment started to blow up as tons of high major offers and interest from blue bloods started to roll in for the 6-foot-10 center.
