From there, Dota 2’s lore is a tapestry of cosmic fragments and ancient struggles, with every hero, creature, and primordial entity bringing their own reason to converge in this eternal war.
As typical of Valve lore, it’s cryptic, brief, yet still emotionally charged. However, for some reason, a few heroes didn’t get the memo and completely abandoned their established lore once the game began.
