Esports solutions provider Versus Programming Network (VSPN) has announced the acquisition of Chinese livestream talent agency Famulei.According to the release, the company will operate as an independent brand under VSPN. Financial details of the purchase have not been revealed.

Famulei covers the esports, entertainment, and livestreaming sector through the operation of businesses in talent management, marketing, licensing, and e-commerce. Some of the company’s overseas partnerships include Team Liquid, T1, Gen.G and Lee ‘Faker’ Sang-hyeok, among others.
