T1 has signed Byeon ‘Munchkin‘ Sang-beom to its VALORANT team ahead of the VCT 2026 season.
The former Gen.G Esports player joins the roster to replace Kang ‘DH‘ Dong-ho, who has been placed into the T1 Academy roster.
In the announcement, T1 wrote: “‘Munchkin’ will be joining the T1 VALORANT team for 2026. Please join us in welcoming ‘Munchkin’, who will soar to even greater heights together with T1 VALORANT.”
Munchkin has played for T1 in the past, representing the organisation in the VCT 2023 season, participating in the Ludwig x Tarik invitational, Masters Tokyo, and VALORANT Champions in Los Angeles.
