T1 establishes deal with Hana Bank

T1 Entertainment & Sports, a joint venture between SK Telecom and Comcast Spectacor, has established a deal with Hana Bank.

The South Korean bank will develop financial products for T1’s fans, according to a release.

Hana Bank has acquired the naming rights to the first floor of T1’s facility in Gangnam, Seoul, titling it the ‘Hana 1Q – T1 Hall of Fame.’ The deal will also see 1Q Bank, an application owned by Hana Bank, emblazoned on the organisation’s jersey.

Yeom Jeong-ho, Head of Future Finance Projects at Hana Bank, commented in a translated release: “Through the T1 partnership, Hana Bank made Hana Bank take a leap forward by expanding its customer base to the younger generation, expanding Hana One Q’s brand awareness around the world, and expanding the financial product field using e-sports.
