Tournament organiser ESL has appointed former ProSiebenSat.1 executive Stefan Beitz as its Chief Financial Officer.
Beitz previously served as the Managing Director of SevenOne Media, a sales unit of ProSiebenSat.1, for almost two years.
According to a statement provided to Esports Insider by ESL, Beitz has replaced Arne Anders as ESL’s CFO. Anders departed ESL due to the need to relocate for family reasons, having served in the position for two years.
The statement went on to discuss Beitz’ appointment: “With his broad experience, we are confident Stefan will continue developing the finance and legal departments of ESL and bring them to the next level.
