Shotcall nets $2.2m seed round for streaming monetisation platform

Shotcall, a platform that allows streamers, content creators, and organisations to offer paid engagement opportunities to fans, has announced a $2.2m (~£1.68m) seed round.

The round was led by Initial Capital and New Stack, whilst Lerer Hippeau closed the investment process. Shotcall will use the funding to integrate its platform with more game publishers and align the brand with celebrities and artists.
