Games publisher Riot Games has announced a partnership with Middle Eastern esports organiser and production company Calyx.
The two entities will collaborate on Battle of the Rift, the first-ever League of Legends: Wild Rift tournament in the Middle East and North Africa.
The Battle of the Rift tournament will start on July 15th and will be split into two leagues, two cups, and a grand final. Moreover, participating countries will be split into two regions, GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) & Iraq and Levant & North Africa.
