Riot Games Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dylan Jadeja has been appointed to the Board of Directors of American multinational consumer electronics retailer Best Buy.
According to a release, Jadeja has been appointed, effective immediately, and aims to bring his knowledge and experience across strategy, finance, operations, and gaming industries to the company.
Neither Riot Games nor Best Buy have disclosed whether the new position will have any impact on his day-to-day responsibilities as CEO of the League of Legends publisher.
Over the past years, Best Buy has been trying to shift from a traditional retailer model into an omnichannel technology and services business, integrating online shopping and support services across a wide range of products.
