Gaming tournament and training platform Nicecactus has announced it has joined forces with South American beverage company AJE Group.
As a result, the platform will host a range of grassroots League of Legends tournaments that will take place in ten countries, with a combined prize pool of $10,000 (~£7200).
Six tournaments will take place between July and October, culminating in a live-streamed final that will feature a $6,000 (~£4,363) prize pool and a range of local esports talent and influencers.
Mike Hessabi, President of Nicecactus, commented on the collaboration in a release: “This is the first time that a major company like AJE are doing a global gaming campaign in multiple territories.
