Technology corporation MSI has partnered with esports sponsorship marketplace Uconnect Esports to launch a collegiate esports programme for 2021.
The MSI Student programme will support collegiate esports events, organisations, and on-campus esports facilities. Addiotnaly, the initiative will include a paid broadcasting internship, allowing students to work on professional events alongside industry mentors.
“MSI is committed to providing resources towards the academic and professional development of students,” commented Cat Tompkins, Program Manager of Esports and Education at MSI in a release. “We are pleased to partner with Uconnect Esports to ensure that esports programmes and the students they support will have the tools to develop and grow their programmes.
