Minnesota Twins pitcher and avid gaming enthusiast Trevor May is joining Luminosity Gaming as a brand ambassador. May, who has been live streaming on Twitch throughout the MLB offseason, will represent Luminosity when he plays Overwatch online.
The Founder of Luminosity Gaming, Steve Maida, told Dot Esports that discussions are also currently ongoing for May potentially acquiring a financial stake in the gaming organization.
“He is a genuine guy through and through and I couldn’t be happier to welcome to Luminosity Gaming,” Maida said in an announcement on the team website last week.
