Southeast Asian VALORANT esports content hub KJC eSports has launched a $5,000 (~£3,652) tournament featuring 18 teams across the region.
The KJC eSports VALORANT Invitational, which has been officially approved by Riot Games, will run from September 30th to October 10th.
In addition, AI performance platform Aim Lab and Gaming chair manufacturer Vertagear have been announced as sponsors for the event.
According to the release, the tournament aims to develop SEA by way of competition. This is expected to help the respective organisations discover its roster’s potential.
