Italian football club Hellas Verona FC has partnered with Outplayed Esports to launch its official esports division, Hellas Verona FC Esports.
Previously operating under the moniker Outplayed Euphoria, Hellas Verona FC Esports will compete in FIFA and eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer.
Hellas Verona FC Esports will compete in FIFA’s eSerie A against Roma, Fiorentina, and Sassuolo, and in eFootball PES versus Bologna, Sassuolo, and Lazio.
Marco Pistoni, Chief Revenue Manager of Hellas Verona FC, spoke on the venture in a release: “The eSerie A TIM is an innovative competition that brings Italian football into a new dimension.
