Gambling blocking application Gamban has announced that it is launching a dedicated Discord server in partnership with Danish esports organisation ECSTATIC.
Named the ‘Gamban Hub’, the Discord serves as a space for those affected by gambling harm to meet up, socialise, game, and more.
The server expands upon the already established partnership between Gamban and ECSTATIC announced last September. This marked the first time an esports team featured an anti-gambling company as its main sponsor.
In a release, Gamban shared how Discord has become a popular space for gaming and esports fans, and so seeks to ‘meet them where they are’ in a more casual setting as opposed to ‘formal or clinical.
