Sports Psychologist Fabian Broich, formerly of EXCEL ESPORTS, has announced the launch of his own esports performance consultancy agency, Achieveminds.
The agency’s main goal is to nurture young talent and encourage more esports organisations to implement health and well-being focused performance strategies.
Fabian Broich, Founder of Achieveminds, said: “Because of my drive of helping more than just one organisation and its players, the right step was to open a performance consultancy. This would allow me to work with players around the globe, support them during negotiations and manage their schedules, sleep, sports, food and mental aspects of the game.
