DreamHack and ESL to become ‘ESL Gaming’

DreamHack and ESL have integrated tournament organizations owned by MTG to become part of one group.

Although ESL Gaming is currently in operation for both businesses, DreamHack and ESL will continue to be separate brands.

With Craig Levine and Ralf Reichert leading ESL Gaming as co-CEOs, the new business structure is instantly successful. This merger is said to allow DreamHack and ESL to “drive new technologies into fans and communities” in “all regions of the world.”

Craig Levine, Co-CEO of ESL Gaming, spoke in a statement about the development: “We will continue to foster the creativity that drives the space through outstanding goods and events by combining full cooperation and some of the most innovative and imaginative gaming minds in the sector.
