North American esports organisation 100 Thieves has officially unveiled Lukas ‘gla1ve‘ Rossander as the coach of its Counter-Strike 2 roster.

Announced on December 19th, 2025, gla1ve is the latest piece in 100 Thieves’ Counter-Strike operations, which were revealed on November 11th. For gla1ve, becoming the organisation’s coach is his first time taking on the role after a 15-year playing career.

During his time as a player, gla1ve won four Major titles as part of the Astralis roster, which dominated Counter-Strike: Global Offensive between 2016 and 2020.
