The Swope Park Rangers continued their 6-match unbeaten streak on Friday night as they took down LA Galaxy II on the road 1-0.
Nansel Selbol was the lone goalscorer of the match, picking up his fourth score of the year.
Neither team had much going for them offensively in the first half, save for a couple of attempts. When the Galaxy did get a shot on goal, Rangers’ keeper Adrian Zendejas was there to save.
At the close of the half, Alejandro Covarrubias earned the first card of the match for this elbow.
The Galaxy pick up a yellow for this elbow that is clearly intentional.
