Not that anyone asked, but I've devised a way for Promotion and Relegation to work in America. The plan won't make everyone (or possibly anyone) happy, but it's a plan.
Don Garber, I'm sure you are reading this. I've come up with a way to introduce Promotion and Relegation to MLS. I know you've said that it's unlikely, but I've gone and figured it out for you anyways. Just sit back, put on your reading glasses, and take this all in.
