The MLS All-Star Fan XI, the players chosen by fan voting to be on the roster for the 2016 AT&T MLS All-Star game against Arsenal FC on July 28 in San Jose, will be unveiled Saturday on ESPN and ESPN Deportes during halftime of the network’s broadcast of the Seattle Sounders vs. LA Galaxy match (2 pm CT).
Ten players – one goalkeeper, three defenders, four midfielders and two forwards – were chosen by fan vote from a pool of 160 players nominated by members of the media. The 11th player, a forward, was determined by the AT&T/EA Sports “More than a Vote’’ challenge, where fans “voted’’ by having the player score goals in EA SPORTS FIFA 16.
