It was the start of a new era on Friday night as Kansas City NWSL kicked off their first season in Portland as part of the NWSL Challenge Cup. Things didn’t go KC’s way as they fell 2-1 to the Portland Thorns in their first ever game.
With this being the team’s first season, stats may be limited for now. I have though taken the time to update the FC Kansas City stats to create a KC NWSL history that I will update as well to maybe give a few more stats for the women in their first season.
